Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fillflow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Fillflow is operated by Cleffon, a global digital design and product studio. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Fillflow and Cleffon.

Description of Service

Fillflow is a SaaS platform that enables users to create interactive flows, capture leads, and analyze engagement data. The Service includes flow builder tools, lead management, analytics, integrations, and related features.

Account Registration

To use Fillflow, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You may not share your account, create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, or use automated means to create accounts.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Create quizzes containing harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Collect personal information without proper consent
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to compete with or replicate our platform
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels

Subscription and Billing

Plans and Pricing

Fillflow offers free and paid subscription plans. Pricing and features are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account.

Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.

Content and Data

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, store, and display Your Content as necessary to provide the Service.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content and must ensure you have all necessary rights and permissions. You represent that Your Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Data Protection

When collecting lead data through quizzes, you must comply with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and provide appropriate privacy notices to your users.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fillflow and Cleffon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fillflow, Cleffon, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cleffon operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
